Alarm activations are not only an inconvenience, but should the activation be due to a real intrusion, they can become a very serious matter even putting the owners safety at risk. We provide a 24-hour/365 days a year, Alarm Response Service, to ensure your personal safety. On arrival at your premises our trained security officer will first establish if the call is a false alarm or a security breach. In the event of a false alarm, an alarm engineer will be called if necessary, and the premises will be re-secured. In the event of a break-in, we will contact you and arrange any services necessary e.g. glazing, boarding up or if required a manned presence.
We offer trained bodyguards for personnal and VIP protection. They will remain by your side at all times to ensure that you are protected from any potential danger. Prior to starting the assignment a full risk assessment will be performed to ascertain the type and size of security compliment that you require.
We offer a security escort service for situations where traveling or visiting alone is unadvisable or puts your personnal safety at risk. We are able to accompany our clients to any event or on any journey. The presence of a professional, fully trained agent will ensure you feel secure and that your journey or event is safe and hassle free.
Residential Manned Guarding and Patrols
Hedge Security have several residential solutions available according to your needs. These can involve guarding a single residence or supplying a whole team of officers and fully trained dog handlers for a residents’ association. According to your preferences, our guards can be either a highly visible deterrent or a subtle part of the day-to-day running of your household or street. We will work closely with you to prevent burglary, vandalism, and personal attacks.
CCTV security systems can now quite easily be integrated with existing networked IT systems & access control equipment; this allows greater flexibility and the remote monitoring of these cameras from anywhere in the world, ideal for businesses, schools, colleges, councils, local & national government offices and multiple site/building CCTV Installations.
Utilising the latest technologies Hedge Security can offer around the clock or out of hours surveillance of remote sites, from a single location. Remote viewing can be provided using random visual patrols, or via “event driven” alerts, (e.g. observation triggered by intrusion into specific areas). Our trained operatives can then decide on the appropriate response in accordance with the customers wishes, or if fitted we are able to give an on site audible warning through internally, or externally mounted loud speakers.
