Manned Guarding/Front Desk Security
Our Security Officers who man the front of house for our clients are representing both us and our clients, for this reason we ensure that they are fully trained in customer service, in addition to the standard security training. Our security officers will meet and greet everyone that comes through your door so that you can be safe in the knowledge that the needs of your most important clients are being met, whilst unwanted guests don't get past the front desk, leaving you to focus on your day to day business undisturbed.
We operate a secure key holding service which is used by many public sector bodies in conjuction with the alarm response, and open up and lockup services. Your keys will be security coded, securely stored and covered by our insurance policy.
Our Open Up and Lock Up service ensures a client’s premises are opened up at the beginning of the day, and/or secured when staff leave.
A mobile supervisor will arrive shortly before the end of the working day and check that the last member of staff has left the building. They will then patrol and check the entire building to make sure all the doors and windows are closed and that all non-essential equipment is turned off. The mobile supervisor will then set the alarm, lock up and leave. The mobile supervisor returns next morning, unlocks the building and allows staff to enter.
Alarm activations are not only an inconvenience to key holders, but should the activation be due to a real intrusion, they can become a very serious matter with Health and Safety issues for you as an employer. We provide a 24-hour/365 days a year, Alarm Response Service, to minimise disruption and eliminate the risk to your staff. One of our trained security officers will attend the premises for you, responding to any type of incident or alarm activation. Whereas Police do not always respond to premises with a history of false alarms we will always respond promptly to any intruder alerts.
Mobile Patrols are highly effective wherever a deterrent is needed, but when full-time security is not a practical option. Mobile security teams are useful for covering larger areas where fixed observation posts would not provide sufficient coverage. Mobile patrols are used to protect areas such as construction sites, schools, colleges, hospitals and parks and can include security dog patrols for extra safety.
Our Mobile Patrol Service will give you that extra peace of mind. Our calls are always at random, ensuring the visits are unpredictable and therefore deterring anyone thinking about breaking in or causing damage to your premises. We will also place signs at points around the perimeter warning that the property is protected by Hedge Security Corporation, making potential intruders think twice.
Car Parking/Traffic Management
We offer complete car parking and traffic management sevices for busineses, hospitals, supermarkets, schools, colleges and airports. Managing and operating car parks for our public and private sector clients. This may be by use of a manned guarding solution, a call out service and/or random parking patrols. Our highly visible staff are trained to diplomatically ensure that car parking abuses in or around your premises are identified, recorded and not repeated.
CCTV security systems can now quite easily be integrated with existing networked IT systems & access control equipment; this allows greater flexibility and the remote monitoring of these cameras from anywhere in the world, ideal for businesses, schools, colleges, councils, local & national government offices and multiple site/building CCTV Installations.
Utilising the latest technologies Hedge Security can offer around the clock or out of hours surveillance of remote sites, from a single location. Remote viewing can be provided using random visual patrols, or via “event driven” alerts, (e.g. observation triggered by intrusion into specific areas). Our trained operatives can then decide on the appropriate response in accordance with the customers wishes, or if fitted we are able to give an on site audible warning through internally, or externally mounted loud speakers.
